Order Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are processed and fulfilled by our third-party partner, Printful. Please allow 2–7 business days for order processing and production before shipment. This timeframe may vary depending on the product type and availability.

Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times are calculated in addition to the production window and vary by destination:

  • USA: 3–4 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note: these are estimated shipping times provided by Printful and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Carriers
Printful uses major carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, and others, depending on your location and order details. We are unable to accommodate requests for specific carriers.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses. If an item is returned to the sender due to an address error, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has shipped, we are not liable for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier. If your tracking number shows as delivered but you did not receive your order, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
